Clare Egan

Clare Egan is an experienced professional with a strong background in training, development, and management. Currently serving as the Training and Information Management Team Leader at Powerlink Queensland since November 2014, Clare leads a team of eight, overseeing the Quality Management System and various business support functions. Prior to this role, Clare was the Learning & Development Coordinator at Arrow Energy, managing a training delivery team. At Viva College, Clare held multiple positions, including Program Manager for the Vocational Business Suite and Business Trainer, where responsibilities encompassed course development, training delivery, and student support services. Clare holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Griffith University, along with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and qualifications as a Justice of the Peace.
