Leon Podolsky

Leon Podolsky started as an advisor at Powerlytics in 2011 and joined in 2014 as CTO. Leon is responsible for the Powerlytics data platform. He ensures the end-to-end flow of data from synthesis to customer delivery. Leon designed and implemented the core algorithms behind rapid data and query generation that serve as the foundation of Powerlytics products and services. He is personally involved in handling large and complex customer data requests in an effort to continuously refine and scale the data platform. Leon is a technology and business leader with a proven 25+ year track-record of creating market-leading products and mission-critical systems, repeated formation of peak-performing technology teams, and successful business launches and exits, including an IPO and multiple acquisitions. Under his technology leadership, SnapOne, Inc., was one of the first companies to successfully monetize mobile subscribers. Leon is also a data science pioneer who created the industry’s first data modeling tool, ERwin, as co-founder and CTO of Logic Works, Inc., leading to a successful IPO and subsequent sale to Computer Associates. Leon holds a BSE from Princeton University and an MBA from the Wharton School.
