Bob Kraft has extensive work experience in various engineering and leadership roles. Bob began their career at GE in 1985 as a F110 Rotor Design Engineer. In 1987, they moved to Pratt & Whitney, where they worked as an Advanced Military Gas Turbine Design Engineer for over a decade. In 1999, Bob co-founded Power Systems Mfg., LLC, and served as Founder, VP of Engineering, and President until 2010 when the company was sold to Calpine. Following the sale, they continued as President under Alstom until 2012. In 2012, Bob became the President & CEO of Powerphase, where they were responsible for developing concepts, patent applications, and recruiting executive teams and employees. Bob also utilized their industry contacts to help drive sales for the company.
Bob Kraft attended Cleveland State University from 1982 to 1986, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Bob obtained their degree in this field of study during this time. Furthermore, Bob Kraft has an additional certification as a Professional Engineer, which was obtained from the National Society of Professional Engineers.
