Leigh Stokes

Leigh Stokes has extensive work experience in the field of user experience (UX) design and management. From 2020 to the present, Leigh has served as Sr Director of UX Design at PowerPlan, Inc. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr UX Designer at GE from 2019 to 2020. Leigh also held the position of Professor of Design Management at Savannah College of Art and Design from 2016 to 2019. They served as the Global Head of User Experience at eVestment, A Part of Nasdaq from 2016 to 2019 as well. In addition, Leigh has contributed to various organizations and initiatives, including the James M. Cox Jr. Institute for Journalism Innovation, Management, and Leadership, the Customer Experience Professionals Association, and Design Science Inc. Leigh's earlier work experience includes leadership roles at Cox Communications and Cox Interactive Media, where they focused on UX design, web strategy, and new product development.

Leigh Stokes attended Georgia State University where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing. Leigh later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same institution. In addition, Leigh obtained certifications as a Certified Customer Experience Professional from the Customer Experience Professionals Association and a Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International.
