Rob Burns

Rob Burns is a seasoned professional in product management, currently serving as the Lead Product Manager at PowerPlan, Inc. since June 2014. In this role, Burns has played a pivotal part in the launch of the SaaS Tax Depreciation and Deferred Tax solution, Tax Fixed Assets, in December 2022. Previous positions at PowerPlan include Senior Product Manager and Product Manager, where Burns managed the roadmap for tax products and led the development of several on-premise products. Prior to PowerPlan, Burns gained experience as a Research Analyst at Barton Executive Search, focusing on executive-level recruitment, and as a Men's Basketball Operations Intern at the Georgia Tech Athletic Association. Burns holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, with additional academic experience at the University of Oxford.
