Jackie P.

Jackie P. has over 35 years of experience in the financial industry. Jackie began their career in 1985 as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young. In 1999, they became the CFO-US Distribution and Marketing at Principal Financial Group. From 2002 to 2007, they were the VP Finance at Liberty Mutual Insurance. From 2007 to 2014, they were the VP Finance and Corporate Controller (Holding Company) at Dice. In 2014, they joined CFO-Advantage as the Managing Director, where they were responsible for business process evaluation and workflow design, sales force automation and quote-to-cash implementation, data and information management methodology, business intelligence, financial system integration, accounting and finance organization design and precision, pre- and post-IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions, foreign currency and international treasury strategy, and business compliance and risk management. In 2018, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at the Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden. In 2020, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Iowa Legal Aid and in 2022, they will become the Chief Financial Officer at PowerPollen.

Jackie P. obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa between 1981 and 1985. In August 1985, they obtained an Accountant/Certified Public Accountant certification from the Iowa Board of Accountancy.
