Charles Grubbs

Charles Grubbs has a diverse work experience in various roles related to operations, engineering, and manufacturing. Charles started their career at Scribner Associates, Inc. as an Electronic Technician, where they designed and shipped electrochemical laboratory equipment. Charles then worked at Alcatel-Lucent as a Hardware Engineer, where they managed component entry, certification, and release of optical transceivers. Charles also worked as a Hardware-Software Diagnostic Engineer and Hardware Design Engineer, improving customer satisfaction and reducing product field failures. Later, they joined Consert as a Hardware Engineer and then as a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering, managing the transition from prototype to volume production. Charles then worked at Sensus as a QA Engineer, addressing customer issues and recommending solutions for field problems. Most recently, they worked at Power Generation Services, Inc. and PowerSecure, Inc. as a Director of Operations, overseeing and streamlining operations.

Charles Grubbs began their education at Sandhills Community College from 1996 to 1998, where they earned an Associate in Applied Science in Electronic Engineering. Following this, they attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 1998 to 2000, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology. The field of study for both degrees is not provided.
