Dwayne Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy efficiency and project management. Since September 2012, Dwayne has held the position of Senior Solutions Developer at PowerSecure, Inc., where responsibilities include developing energy-efficient lighting projects, creating energy conservation measures, and managing project budgets and material specifications. Prior to this role, Dwayne served as a Construction Data Analyst, focusing on productivity reporting and data management for construction projects. Dwayne's career began at Lime Energy from August 2005 to August 2012, where leadership skills were honed as the Proposal Developer Team Leader, overseeing a team while also developing lighting proposals aimed at achieving energy reduction goals. Dwayne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, following education at Union Pines High School.
