Gregory Shepherd

Gregory Shepherd is an accomplished Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles spanning over a decade. Currently with PowerSecure, Inc. since June 2018, Gregory has focused on optimizing manufacturing processes, including the implementation of visual indicators and ergonomic evaluations. Previous positions at Pentair Water Quality Systems and INI Power Systems involved improving assembly operations and risk mitigation strategies. Gregory also held multiple positions at Eaton, ranging from Front Line Leader to Continuous Improvement Specialist, contributing to process improvements and operational efficiencies. Early career experience includes engineering co-op roles at Gilbarco Veeder Root. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
