Led by Founder & President Eric Campbell. Youth Performance & Program Development led by Amber Hadfield. VALD Performance testing (ForceDecks + ForceFrame) is live, with offsite team testing expanding in 2026.

How we support teams and staff:
• Team training access when weight room space or staffing is limited
• Youth strength & conditioning with clear standards and coaching structure
• Performance testing + reporting (VALD) to establish baselines, track progress, and guide training decisions
• On-site or hosted team testing days with an organized flow and clear next steps

We also serve adults through a premium Training Studio plus coached fitness and wellness classes, including HYROX training.

Coaches / athletic trainers / strength coaches: message us to discuss collaboration, facility access, or a team testing day outline.
