Brian Rowland has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brian currently holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Power Stop LLC since April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Torque Advisors starting from November 2022.
Before their role at Torque Advisors, Brian was the Chief Executive Officer & Board Member at JEGS High Performance, where they were responsible for leading a team of over 350 associates and overseeing all aspects of the business. Brian developed and implemented JEGS' strategic plan and managed operations, contributing to the success of the company.
Brian also worked at Walmart as the GM Parts & Accessories, where they were accountable for a multi-million dollar automotive parts & accessories P&L. Brian led a team of direct reports and cross-functional leads, achieving business growth and surpassing revenue targets.
Prior to their role at Walmart, Brian served as the Director of Marketing & Technology at Nissan Motor Corporation's US Aftersales division. Brian was responsible for all B2C marketing, technology, and business intelligence, managing a team of over 50 employees.
Brian's experience also includes serving as the Head of Digital & eCommerce at Transamerican Auto Parts Co, where they led the ecommerce and omni-channel P&L across multiple websites. Brian was also Vice President of Merchandising and Vice President of Category Management at CarParts.com, where they successfully reversed revenue trends and led pricing and margin management.
Early in their career, Brian worked at BLOCKBUSTER Online and Accenture as a GM and Director, Senior Program Manager, Business Process Program/Project Manager, and Management Consultant respectively.
