PowerSurety Inc. develops integrated, life-cycle based energy resiliency, renewable energy, and energy efficiency projects – nothing else. This is the case because we believe that the three are inextricably linked and that true energy resilience cannot be achieved without reducing base loads and managing peak demand. Given the ever-increasing complexity and integration requirements associated with such projects, real-world energy resiliency experience is essential to enabling economically viable, operationally sound, and financeable projects.

Together, the principals of PowerSurety bring over 150 years of relevant experience to the company and have been involved in the development of commercially viable projects and structured financings for over $2 billion worth of energy infrastructure and renewable energy projects. This disciplined and experienced group of leaders has the skills and experience necessary to: 1) understand unique owner and capital market requirements, and 2) develop and deliver energy projects around those specific needs and objectives.

Achieving the lowest levelized cost of energy (LCOE) requires an efficient and deliberate approach that avoids miscommunication, conflict, and rework. PowerSurety provides engineered plans and specifications for projects as early in the development process as practical, designed exclusively in 3-D.

Early project deliverables provide the necessary information to: 1) positively understand cost, schedule and economics; 2) enable early integration of the IPD stakeholders; 3) jump-start lengthy permitting and interconnect processes; and 4) enable fast-track project development and delivery schedules.
