Mike Austin

Mike Austin serves as the Chief Executive Officer and owner of Penguin Guitar Works since July 2023, where expertise as a guitar technician and luthier is applied. Concurrently, Mike has worked in inside sales and technical support for motor controls, variable frequency drives, and PLCs at Powertech Controls since January 2008. Prior experience includes a freelance contractor role as a maintenance technician at Island Container Corp from January 2010 to December 2018, focusing on on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and replacement tasks. Educational background includes specialized training as an ABB Inc Drive Expert and ABB Inc Drive Specialist.
