The energy transition doesn't stall because of technology — it stalls because the right people aren't in the right seats.

PowerUp Advisory is an embedded talent consultancy built exclusively for the renewable energy sector. We sit inside your organisation, learn how you operate, and build the hiring capability you need - from executive leadership to the engineers, project managers, and commercial specialists who deliver projects on the ground.

We work across the full spectrum of clean energy: wind, solar, hydrogen, grid infrastructure, energy storage, ESG, electro-mobility, energy trading, and digital innovation. Our consultants bring deep sector knowledge and regional market intelligence across the UK, and increasingly, internationally.
What makes us different is how we work. We don't send CVs and hope for the best. We embed within your team, adopt your brand, and take ownership of your talent strategy - permanent hires, contract placements, executive search, and recruitment-as-a-service. We become your internal talent function, without the overhead of building one.

Since 2020, we've partnered with developers, EPCs, utilities, IPPs, infrastructure investors, and clean-tech innovators to place the people who are accelerating decarbonisation and building a cleaner, more resilient energy system.

PowerUp Advisory is part of the wider PowerUp group, alongside PowerUp Staffing - together covering the full talent lifecycle for the renewable energy sector.
