WHY? --> Women* remain underrepresented in Entrepreneurship with only 15% of startups having a female co-/ founder. Systemic change will be necessary to empower female entrepreneurs.

HOW?--> Public awareness and visibility through celebrating entrepreneurs and advocates that help to make the societal changes necessary to unleash the power of female entrepreneurship !
