Dom Pascal

Dom Pascal has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and companies. Dom is currently working as the Head of Engineering at POWSTER, starting in June 2022. Prior to that, Dom was the Founder and Technical Director of their own company, Dom Pascal, from March 2020 to July 2022. Dom also held positions at MATCHESFASHION.COM as the Head of Technology from September 2019 to March 2020, and as a Software Engineering Manager from March 2018 to March 2020. Dom previously worked at Hearst UK as the Head of UK/EU Software Development from September 2014 to January 2018, and as a Software Development Tech Lead from February 2014 to September 2014. Dom also gained experience at Scarves & Co and Tomassa Jewellery as an eCommerce UX Designer/Developer in 2013. Earlier in their career, Dom worked as a Digital UX Designer/Developer at Black & Black Creative from August 2009 to August 2012, at THE HORSEBOX GALLERY LIMITED as an eCommerce UX Designer/Developer from August 2011 to December 2011, at Ogilvy UK as a Digital Designer from March 2009 to August 2009, and at Portland Design as a Digital Designer/Developer from November 2007 to August 2008.

From 2000 to 2004, Dom Pascal attended Swinburne University of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree with first-class honors in Industrial and Product Design.
