Daniel Schachter has had a varied and successful career in customer support and technical writing. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Retention Specialist for E-TEACHER. In 2015, they joined Powtoon as a Customer Support Lead, Technical Writer & Trainer, and later as a Customer Support Team Manager. In this role, they used Powtoon to help 30 million people worldwide and virtually all Fortune 500 companies create, manage, distribute, and measure visual content. Finally, they worked as a Customer Support Professional for Powtoon.
Daniel Schachter attended Israeli Animation College from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Certificate in Video Game Design and Development.
