Previously, as the L&D Team Lead at Stratoscale, Katie designed digital learning experiences and utilized data-driven strategies to address employee skill needs in an evolving workplace. Katie's career began as a Junior Product Manager at YouTube, focusing on feature definition and user experience optimization. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
