Andrew Smith

Andrew Smith is a National Field Leader at Powur, PBC, and the Sponsorship Director at BWG Management Ltd. With a strong focus on developing professionals and leaders in the solar and renewable energy industry, Andrew has dedicated nearly a decade to helping homeowners adopt solar solutions while training entrepreneurs to sell solar authentically and independently. They founded Brit With Grit Inc., which has grown to include over 5,000 Independent Solar Sales Consultants and leaders. Additionally, Andrew has experience as an Owner/CEO of Undercover Structures and has contributed to various significant events. Andrew holds a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Wales - Lampeter and a TEFL/TESOL diploma from the British Council in Sri Lanka.
