Jack H. has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as War Room Analyst, Think Tank and Development Strategist for various Presidential, Gubernatorial Campaigns, and Think Tanks in 2015. In 2018, they became Co-Founder and CEO of PowWater, a mobile technology platform connecting high quality water to customers in Kenya. In 2019, they were granted a Grand Challenges Grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. In 2021, they were part of the 2021 Cohort of Business Call to Action. In 2022, they were named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and also became a TEDx Speaker.

Jack H. has received an Ambassador of Compassion from Stanford University's Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from The University of Georgia.
