Ritu Java

Ritu Java has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ritu is currently the CEO of PPC Ninja - Amazon PPC Tools and Services, a role they started in March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Amazon PPC Strategist at VTeamLabs LLC from October 2017 to December 2020. Ritu also held the position of Marketing Director at Efficient Era Corporation from June 2017 to October 2017, and from June 2016 to June 2017.

Before their time at Efficient Era Corporation, Ritu worked as a Marketing Consultant in Freelance Consultancy, where they managed custom application development using SDLC for small businesses. Their responsibilities included business analysis, application development, software maintenance, localization, and marketing. This role lasted from March 2000 to July 2015.

Additionally, Ritu served as the Information Technology Help Desk Manager at The American School in Japan from August 2010 to June 2015. Ritu provided IT support and training to over 600 individuals in a 1:1 BYOD setup for Apple technologies. Ritu also built on-demand custom software and was certified by Apple.

As an entrepreneur, Ritu worked at Etsy.com from December 2005 to June 2015.

Earlier in their career, Ritu held the position of Onsite Software Project Manager/Business Development Manager at NIIT Technologies Limited from April 2000 to December 2005. Their responsibilities included onsite project coordination, onsite-offshore project management, requirements analysis support, vendor management, recruiting/hiring interviews, localization/translation process development, customer relationship management, business analysis, pre-sales, service branding and marketing, project estimation, business development, and account management in the finance and high tech sectors. Ritu was also involved in providing sales updates to SAP-ERP and analyzing SAP reports.

Ritu began their career at NIIT Limited in November 1991, where they initially served as a Project Manager/Instructional Designer. Ritu created instructional design materials for clients such as IBM, NETg, and SkillSoft. Later, they took on the role of Project Manager and provided team building and leadership support for a young and rapidly growing team. Primary responsibilities included instructional design and development for computer-based training software and e-learning products and projects. Their time at NIIT Limited lasted until March 2000.

Ritu Java has a diverse education background. In 1987, they enrolled in the Delhi Institute of Technology, where they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Ritu successfully completed their degree in 1991.

Years later, in 2015, Ritu attended Bellevue College to enhance their skills in Business Intelligence (BI) by enrolling in a Database Report Developer Certificate Course. This course lasted for one year and provided their with 45 credits.

In addition to their formal education, Ritu has obtained various certifications. These include the "Prof G Certified Strategist" from Section4 in October 2020, "Using Databases with Python" from the University of Michigan's Coursera in May 2016, "Using Python to Access Web Data" from Coursera Course Certificates in February 2016, and "Python Data Structures" from Coursera Course Certificates in January 2016.

Ritu also holds certifications in "Big Data Hadoop Fundamentals" from IBM in February 2015, "Google Power Search" from Google in October 2012, "Introduction to Sustainability" from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in October 2012, "Apple Certified Support Professional OS X 10.6" from Apple in December 2010, and "Microsoft Office Specialist" from Microsoft in April 2007.

Moreover, they obtained the "Japanese Language Proficiency - Level 1" certification from The Japan Foundation in December 2001, the "Quality Education System (QES) TTT" certification from Philip Crosby Associates in August 1996, the "Quality Improvement Process Management College" certification from Philip Crosby Associates in July 1996, and the "Kanji Kentei Test - Level 8" certification from the Kanji Foundation in February 1995.
