Alison Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both structural engineering and clinical research. Beginning a career as a Structural Engineer at Reynolds, Smith and Hills and later at BE Services, Alison excelled in delivering construction documents and managing over 300 independent projects with exceptional client satisfaction. Transitioning to the clinical research field, Alison held various roles at reputable organizations such as PPD, INC Research, and Labcorp Drug Development, demonstrating expertise in project management, clinical trial coordination, and compliance oversight. Currently serving as Associate Director of Project Delivery at PPD, Alison effectively manages project delivery, financial stewardship, and customer expectations, while previously contributing to successful outcomes in diverse clinical research environments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, a Clinical Research Curriculum from the University of Texas Medical School, and coursework towards a Master of Science in Clinical Research Administration from The George Washington University.
