Alison Starr is currently the Senior Director of Tax at Thermo Fisher Scientific. They previously held the position of Executive Director, Tax at PPD in 2017, and served as an Audit Manager and Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2001 to 2004. Alison completed their ACA at ICAEW between 1998 and 2001, and holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography and Economics from Loughborough University, which they obtained in 1998. They also have qualifications from Hills Road Sixth Form College and are pursuing their CTA at the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
