Amanda H. has over a decade of experience in instructional design, learning services, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Amanda develops innovative learning solutions while supporting project-based learning initiatives at PPD. Previous roles include faculty at Alamance Community College and co-owner of Learn Test Pass, where Amanda significantly increased revenue during the COVID-19 pandemic. As an instructor at various real estate schools, Amanda has effectively utilized learning management systems to enhance course delivery and learner performance. Amanda holds a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from James Madison University and a BA in Interpersonal & Organizational Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
