Amy Goldstein

Amy Goldstein, PHR, serves as the Sr Director of Global HR Shared Services at PPD, a position held since 2007, where responsibilities include leading PPD's global HR operations, content portal, and Tier 1 support. Previously, Goldstein was the Sr Director of Global Talent Acquisition, overseeing global recruitment for Accelerated Enrollment Solutions, PPD's Global Contingent Labor program, and lab staffing needs. With prior roles including Global Talent Acquisition Lead and Associate Director for North America, Goldstein has extensive experience in recruitment and contingent labor management, leading teams and implementing process improvements. Goldstein began the career at Kelly Scientific Resources before advancing to PPD, building expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition in various capacities. Educationally, Goldstein holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
