Ana Constantino has extensive experience in law and contract management, with a focus on international arbitration, commercial law, and clinical trials. Ana began her career as a trainee lawyer at Farinho Dias & Ana Cristinha Dias, Soc. Advogados, RL, and subsequently held positions as an associate lawyer at NPCF e Associados, where Ana co-managed arbitration and mediation cases, litigated civil and commercial cases, and advised clients on commercial, corporate, and intellectual property issues. Ana has also worked as a legal consultant at Aceris Law, specializing in arbitration cases, and as a site contract specialist at PPD, negotiating and managing contracts for clinical trials. Further, Ana served as a lead contract specialist at ICF Next, overseeing framework contracts and advising on intellectual property rights. Ana holds a Master’s degree in Enterprise Law from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and a Master of Laws in International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London.
