Bill Waggoner has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and business development within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently retired from BW Inc as of December 2023, Bill has held the position of Regulatory Affairs Manager focusing on Regulatory Intelligence at PPD since 2012, where responsibilities included overseeing global regulatory intelligence reporting and database management. Prior to this, Bill worked at GlaxoSmithKline for 17 years, acting as a contractor supporting IT system upgrades and serving as a Competitive Intelligence Scientist, delivering critical analyses for therapeutic areas. Bill's career began at Burroughs Wellcome as a Research Pharmacologist, leading a laboratory focused on drug discovery. Bill holds a Master's degree in Biochemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
