Bobby Mullis

Bobby Mullis is currently the Associate Director of Commercial Development Commercial Finance at PPD, where they oversee proposal and contract modification development for key accounts. Previously, they held various roles at INC Research and Syneos Health, including Sr. Proposals Manager and Associate Director, where they contributed significantly to revenue generation and process improvements. Bobby also served as a Junior Associate at Econometrica, Inc., where they were instrumental in formulating performance measures that secured funding and managed critical data analyses following Hurricane Katrina. They earned a BS and MS in Economics from East Carolina University.
