Dave Waters

Dave Waters is an experienced legal professional with a focus on contract management. Since December 2006, Waters has held various titles at PPD, including Corporate Counsel, Associate Director of Contracts, Associate Counsel for Contracts, Contract Specialist, Contract Supervisor, and Contract Analyst. Prior to joining PPD, Waters worked as the Assistant Director for Contracts at UNC Wilmington from January 2006 to December 2006. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, obtained between 2001 and 2004, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned from 1996 to 2000, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Biology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, completed in 2005.
