Dimas Parramon

Dimas Parramon currently serves as the Senior Localization Resource Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific Language Services, beginning in September 2024. In this role, Dimas is a core partner in the localization vendor management function, supporting the newly established translation department at PPD. Prior to this, Dimas held the position of Senior Talent Sourcer in Language Services at PPD from January 2022 to September 2024, focusing on vendor management and communication. Dimas has extensive experience in talent acquisition and program management from previous roles at Welocalize, where responsibilities included managing internship programs and recruiting linguistic talent, along with earlier positions in payroll coordination and internship management. Dimas holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and has completed a program in Localization Program Management at the Localization Management Academy in October 2023.
