Ed Smith MT

Ed Smith MT (ASCP) is a Sr. Manager of Lab Data at PPD, a Thermo Fisher Company in Clinical Research. Previously, Ed served as a Functional Manager for Lab Data Coordinators at PRA Health Sciences from 2008 to 2016 and held various management roles at PPD, including Manager of Lab Data and Manager of Data Management. Ed also worked as a Laboratory Manager at LabCorp Diagnostic Laboratories from 2016 to 2017 and as an Operations Supervisor at Physicians Reference Laboratory from 2006 to 2008. Ed earned a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from South Dakota State University between 1995 and 2001.
