Eric Lightfoot

Eric Lightfoot is a seasoned clinical research professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Clinical Research Associate at PPD since October 2020, Eric previously held positions at IQVIA, including Clinical Research Associate II and Clinical Research Associate I, and began a career in clinical trials as a Clinical Trials Assistant I and II. Eric's early experience includes a role as a Research Scientist in the Medicinal Chemistry Department at the University of Kansas, where assistance was provided to graduate students in the synthesis of noviose sugar compounds related to HSP90 inhibitors. Additionally, Eric gained experience as a Pharmacy Intern at Watkins Student Health Center. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from The University of Kansas, completed in 2017.
