Hazel Hodgson

Hazel Hodgson is an experienced Director of Project Management with a strong background in the CRO industry. They have successfully managed a team of Project Leads across North America, EMEA, and APAC, demonstrating expertise in succession planning and talent development. Since 2021, they have overseen 22 promotions and achieved a four-fold improvement in departmental KPIs. Hazel possesses extensive experience in vaccine clinical trials, including rapid study initiation for COVID-19 trials, and has worked with diverse participant demographics. They hold a Master of Philosophy in Molecular Genetics from the University of London and are PMP Certified.
