Ilse Theron

Ilse Theron is currently the Associate Director of Clinical Management at PPD, where they lead a team of Clinical Team Managers across multiple countries and focus on their professional development through performance management and training. Previously, from 1991 to 2007, Ilse worked as a Clinical Research Manager at Altana Pharma, where they gained significant experience in clinical management. Ilse earned a B.Pharm degree in Pharmacy from the University of Pretoria from 1979 to 1984.
