James Medeiros

James Medeiros is an experienced professional with a diverse background in contract coordination, medical communications, customer sales, and claims examination. Currently serving as a Contract Coordinator at Duke Clinical Research Institute since September 2019, James facilitates the contracting process for the DCRI Contracts team. Previously, James held roles at PPD as a CAS / Medical Communications Specialist and at Pepsi Bottling Ventures as a Customer Center Sales Associate. Additional experience includes business development at Southern States Volkswagen and sales consulting at EPM LAWNCARE and Bravo Chevrolet Cadillac. James’s extensive career in the insurance sector includes senior claims examination roles at Occidental Fire and Casualty Company and IAT Group, where responsibilities included investigations and negotiations on commercial trucking claims. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from LIU Post and an Associate's degree from Suffolk County Community College.
