Joanne Alphonse

Joanne Alphonse, MBA, BSN, RN, is a seasoned nursing professional with 25 years of experience, including over 17 years in operations management. Joanne began their career as a Pediatric Critical Care Registered Nurse at Orlando Health, where they served as a charge nurse and educated nursing staff. They currently serve as the Director of Clinic Operations at PPD, following roles as a Regional Clinic Manager at PeopleOne Health and Healics Inc. Joanne’s background includes significant experience in quality management, having worked at Cryo-Cell to establish procedures and ensure compliance across multiple cord blood collection sites. They hold an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a BS in Nursing from Adventist University of Health Sciences.
