Katrin Eckermann

Katrin Eckermann is a Principal Clinical Research Associate at PPD, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, with more than 6 years of experience in the clinical research and pharmaceutical industry. Katrin has worked on over 15 trials across phases I to IV in various therapeutic areas, including Diabetes, Hematology/Oncology, and Vaccine studies. They have significant experience in study protocol implementation, site selection, patient enrollment, and regulatory activities across Germany and Switzerland. Katrin holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Hannover and previously worked as a postdoctoral researcher at both the Max-Planck Unit for Structural Molecular Biology and Universitätsmedizin Göttingen.
