Kerry Burns is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in the life sciences and clinical research sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Thermo Fisher Scientific since December 2021, following the acquisition of PPD, Kerry plays a vital role in supporting the development of new medicines. Prior to this, Kerry held senior recruiter positions at PPD and Clintec, managing recruitment efforts for clinical staff and corporate roles. Earlier career experience includes sourcing high-caliber candidates in the Biotechnology and Medical Device sectors at SRG and completing a placement at Solus Scientific during studies at the University of Strathclyde, where a degree in Pharmacology was earned.
