Lauren Herring

Lauren Herring currently serves as Vice President of Global Operations for Medical Communications at Thermo Fisher Scientific since January 2022, following the acquisition of PPD. Herring has held multiple leadership positions at PPD since August 2020, including Vice President of Global Operations and Vice President of Commercial Excellence/Strategic Business Operations. Previously, Herring was Vice President of Marketing at US Radiology Specialists, contributing to marketing and sales effectiveness for key physician practices. Herring's extensive experience at GSK includes Vice President of Sales and roles in Global Market Access and Marketing. Earlier career highlights include marketing positions at HanesBrands, Alcon Laboratories, RadioShack, and BrannForbes. Herring holds an MBA from West Texas A&M University, completed an executive education program at The Wharton School, and obtained a BA from Austin College.
