Lavinia Serban is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical project management and research. Currently serving as Associate Director Project Manager at PPD since 2007, Lavinia has held various positions, including Principal Clinical Trial Manager and Senior Clinical Team Manager, while overseeing clinical monitoring and mentoring activities. In January 2021, Lavinia took on the role of Indication Champion for SLE and AD at PPD/CRG, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
