Leanne Heaton-Sims

Leanne Heaton-Sims is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and training sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director at Thermo Fisher Scientific since December 2021, Leanne plays a key role following the acquisition of PPD, focusing on enabling customers to accelerate the development of new medicines. Before this, Leanne held various positions at PPD since February 2007, including Associate Director of Learning and Project Manager for 3D Virtual World initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Pharmacovigilance Officer at Abbott Laboratories and Assistant Data Manager at Novartis. Leanne completed a degree in Genetics with French at the University of Birmingham and A-levels in Biology, Chemistry, Maths, and French at the College of Richard Collyer.
