Lidia Barata

Lidia Barata is a Senior Clinical Team Manager at PPD, with extensive experience in clinical research and immunology. They completed a PhD in Biochemistry, focusing on Crystallography, Parasitology, Enzymology, and Molecular Biology at the Universidade de Lisboa. Prior to their current role, Lidia worked as a postdoctoral researcher at both the University of Pennsylvania and UPMC - Sorbonne Universities. Their early career included educational and marketing roles at See Learning Center and leadership positions in summer school activities in the UK.
