Martina Kovac, MD, is a passionate executive leader currently serving as General Manager and Global Head of Trialmed Site Network and Strategic Scientific Solutions at Thermo Fisher Scientific. With a proven track record in clinical research and development, Kovac has held strategic roles across esteemed organizations, including PPD and GSK, focusing on vaccine development and early clinical research. They are skilled in managing global development strategies and building high-performing teams while maintaining full P&L accountability. In addition to their professional endeavors, Kovac volunteers as a language and culture teacher at the American Sokol School in Washington, DC. They hold a Doctor of Medicine degree from Jagiellonian University and are fluent in multiple languages, including English, Polish, and Slovak.
