Melissa Cox

Melissa Cox is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in recruitment and human resources spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Principal Recruiter for Thermo Fisher Scientific in the EMEA region since December 2021, Melissa has a longstanding tenure at PPD, where roles have included Senior HR Recruiter and Senior HR Advisor since June 2005. Previous positions include HR Manager at The Stock Shop from February 2004 to May 2005 and HR Officer at Cambridge University Press from June 2001 to February 2004. Melissa holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature from Anglia Ruskin University, earned in two phases, from 1993 to 1996 and from 1998 to 2000.
