Michelle O'Connor

Michelle O'Connor is a Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs at PPD, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they lead a team of Regulatory Technical Advisers focusing on various aspects of drug and device development. With extensive experience in Regulatory Affairs across the pharmaceutical, medical device, and CRO sectors, Michelle has held previous roles at Elan Pharmaceuticals and ICON Clinical Research. They also worked as a Regulatory & Clinical Affairs Consultant at Bluebird Consulting and have been a Veterinary Physiotherapist since 2003. Michelle earned a B.Sc. and Ph.D. from Dublin City University, along with qualifications in Equine Sciences from the University of Limerick and a PG Cert in Veterinary Physiotherapy from Nottingham University.
