Mooyoung Kim is a highly experienced scientist with a focus on bioanalytical method development and validation. Currently serving as a Principal Scientist and Lab Manager at PPD since January 2015, Mooyoung Kim coordinates daily operational activities and troubleshoots complex bioanalytical methods. Previously, as Associate Director at KCAS Bioanalytical & Biomarker Services from April 2002 to December 2014, expertise in LC/MS method development and validation for small molecule bioanalysis was demonstrated, along with experience in Dried Blood Spot analysis. Mooyoung Kim began a career in academia as a Post-doc Research Associate at Oregon State University from December 2000 to March 2002, specializing in protein and peptide characterization through LC/MS techniques. Mooyoung Kim holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry with a focus on Mass Spectrometry from Oregon State University, earned between 1996 and 2001.
