Morgan Schwab is a dedicated individual with a strong background in athletics and internships. As a student athlete and team captain at the University of Virginia from August 2020 to May 2024, Morgan honed skills in leadership, teamwork, and time management while balancing over 20 hours of practice and competition weekly. Participating in the Gritty program in September 2023 further developed professional skills in career development and job placement. Previous experience includes coaching at Monster Lacrosse Club from June 2019 to August 2022, and internships with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and Monroe County, where Morgan assisted with communications and business challenges. Currently, Morgan holds positions as an Account Development Representative at PPD and a Staffing Consultant at Beacon Hill, enhancing expertise in account development and staffing solutions.
