Ngalula Mudibu is a Clinical Research Professional with over 13 years of experience, primarily in roles as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) and Clinical Team Manager (CTM), overseeing Phase I - IV trials across various therapeutic areas. Ngalula's expertise includes clinical trial monitoring, process improvement, vendor management, and risk mitigation, ensuring compliance and delivering trials on time and within budget. Currently serving as a Senior Clinical Team Manager at PPD, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, Ngalula has successfully led teams to close over 100 clinical trials globally, significantly reducing costs while maintaining data quality. Ngalula holds a BSc Honours in Pharmacology and a BSc in Human Physiology from the University of Pretoria.
