Nia Cox

Nia Cox is a skilled scientist with extensive experience at PPD since January 2019, where roles have included Data Reviewer, Quality Assurance Auditor I, Associate Scientist, and Assistant Scientist, focusing on sample preparation and analysis of biopharmaceutical compounds. Prior experience includes a Receptionist position at the Department of Labour, managing case information and communications, and serving as a Resident Advisor at the Department of Housing and Residential Education, facilitating student move-ins and front desk operations. Nia also gained research experience as a Research Assistant in the UNC Department of Biochemistry, conducting genetic tests and protein investigations. Nia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology at the same institution.
