Ray Rando

Ray Rando, BS, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Clinical Operations at PPD, where daily line management responsibilities include overseeing the performance and development of Clinical Research Associates and Assistant Clinical Research Associates. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Manager of Clinical Operations and Principal Clinical Research Associate at PPD, a Business Specialist at Apple, and a Pharmaceutical Sales Professional at Eli Lilly and Company, where Ray achieved top performance recognition. As an entrepreneur, Ray founded and led YourTurf, an artificial grass company, and has held various sales executive positions within the biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors. Ray earned an MBA in Marketing and Management from Tulane University and a BS in Biology from Rhodes College.
